You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made inside 24 hours will attract a 1-night room charge penalty.
Bookings made under special promotional/early bird tariffs are completely non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
VIP table reservation amounts are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your table booking to another available date within 7 days, provided the request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
General admission passes and club entry cover charges cannot be canceled or rescheduled once booked.
Eligible refunds are processed automatically back to the original mode of payment (credit card, net banking, or wallet) within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
