1. Scope of Services

Vangaonwala Realty operates as a registered real estate consultancy firm providing land brokerage, NA layout sales, property valuation, site inspection facilities, and legal documentation assistance in Vangaon, Dahanu & Palghar.

2. Property Listings & Pricing Disclaimer

All plot sizes, dimensions, ready reckoner estimates, and property prices listed on this website are subject to final physical measurement, revenue record verification, and agreement between the buyer and seller.

3. Site Visit Facility

Free guided site visits are subject to prior vehicle availability and appointment scheduling. Vangaonwala Realty reserves the right to reschedule site visits in case of adverse weather or road conditions.

4. Title Due Diligence

While Vangaonwala Realty verifies 7/12 extracts, ferfar records, and NA Collector orders for all listed properties, buyers are encouraged to perform independent advocate title search reports prior to executing final Sale Deed registration.

5. Governance & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palghar / Dahanu, Maharashtra.
